1. Services
We provide custom 2D animation services including explainer videos, logo animation, character animation, and video editing.
2. Project Workflow
- Work begins only after the agreed advance payment is received.
- Clients must provide all creative assets and clear instructions.
- Delivery timelines depend on project scope and revisions.
3. Payments
Payment terms (100% advance or 50% advance + balance on delivery) will be stated in the project agreement. Extra work beyond scope is chargeable.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure that materials (audio, images, logos) provided are owned or licensed by the client.
- Provide timely feedback. Delays in feedback may delay delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
On full payment, we transfer rights to the final delivered video to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use our services for illegal, harmful, or infringing activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by the client, or third-party failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
