Refund Policy

Because our services are custom and digital, refunds are limited as described below.

1. No Refund After Work Begins

Once we start the project or share initial drafts, refunds are not provided.

2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If the client cancels before work begins, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued depending on any administrative costs or preparatory work done.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of creative direction by the client mid-project.
• Delays caused by the client (lack of response for 7+ days).
• Requests outside the agreed project scope.

4. Quality / Expectation Disputes

We offer revisions to reach an acceptable result. Refunds will not be granted solely for stylistic preferences when the delivered work follows the agreed brief.
